1. PURPOSE

This Legal Notice regulates the access, navigation and use of the websites and applications of TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. (MYMOID). The conditions established in this Legal Notice are of supplementary application in the event that the company establishes particular conditions for the use and / or contracting of specific services.

3. USERS

The access and/or use of TECHNOactivity’s websites and/or applications attributes the user’s condition to you, and accepts from this access and/or use this Legal Notice.

4. USE OF WEBSITES AND/OR APPLICATIONS

TECHNOactivity, S.L. may provide access to a wide range of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information (hereinafter “Contents”) belonging to the company or to third parties which the user can access. The user assumes responsibility for the use of the website and/or the applications of TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. Such responsibility extends to the register that in its case, is necessary to access contents or services provided by TECHNOactivity, S.L. The user agrees to make an appropriate and responsible use of the contents and services that TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. offers through their website and/or applications and without limitation, not to use them to (i) engage in illegal activities, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L., its suppliers or third parties; (iii) to introduce or disseminate in the network computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damages.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its websites and applications, as well as of the elements containing (without limitation, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.). All contents are copyrighted. Under the provisions of Royal Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, approving the revised text of the Law on Intellectual Property, regularizing, clarifying and harmonizing the existing legislation on the subject, is expressly prohibited Reproduction, distribution and public communication, including its modality of making available, all or part of the contents, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. The user agrees to respect the rights of Intellectual Property and Industrial Ownership of TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. and MYMOID brand.

6. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. declares that it has adopted the necessary measures, which within its possibilities and the state of the technology, allow the proper functioning of its websites and/or applications as well as the absence of harmful viruses and components. However TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. can not be responsible for: (i) the continuity and availability of the contents and services; (ii) the absence of errors in said contents or the correction of any defects that may occur; (iii) absence of viruses and / or other harmful components; (iv) damages caused by any person who violates the security systems of TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. The company may suspend temporarily and without prior notice, the accessibility to the website due to maintenance, repair, update or improvement operations. However, whenever circumstances permit, the company will communicate to the user, in sufficient time, the expected date for the suspension of services. TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. does not assume any responsibility on the links to other web pages that are in the websites and/or applications, being able to take to the user to other websites of which the company does not have any type of control, reason why the user accedes under their exclusive responsibility to the content and the conditions of use that govern them. TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. is not responsible for the use that users can make of the contents and services included in the websites and/or applications. Consequently, it does not guarantee that the users’ use of the contents and services that may be included in the website and/or applications are in accordance with this Legal Notice, or that they do so diligently.

7. DURATION AND MODIFICATION

The conditions of this Legal Notice shall remain in force until they are modified, and TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. make these changes that will be communicated to the user. TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. may delete, add or change both the contents and the services provided, as well as the way in which they appear localized or presented. The conditions that are published at the moment the user accesses the websites and/or applications of TECHNOACTIVITY, S.L. The access and/or use of the website will be understood as an acceptance by the user of the conditions of this Legal Notice and, as the case may be, the changes made in them. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and courts of the user’s domicile.
